Delivery

Island-wide Delivery
We work with trusted and exceptional courier services to ensure your order is received safely and on time.

Delivery times will be from Monday to Saturday and will not occur on Sundays & Mercantile Holidays. There is an additional cost for delivery. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed on the same day and delivered according to the delivery times (see below). Any orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day and then delivered according to the delivery times.

Any orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will need to sign for the package upon receiving it and provide your name, receiving date, and receiving time. We will try our best to accommodate any special delivery instructions; however, this may cause an extra delay from our normal delivery timings.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it’s on its way. If you have any questions or concerns, either reply directly to the dispatch email or reach out to us at [email address].

We will try our best to deliver orders within the allocated delivery time. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delivery to be delayed. If this occurs, we apologize in advance and will aim to get the order to you as soon as we can.
